Yes. Full source code, in your repository, on every package. No lock-in, no licence to renew, and anyone else can pick it up after me.
Italian and English, both fine. I work with clients in Italy and abroad, and remote is the default.
Every package includes revisions during the build. After delivery, small changes are usually a quick fixed quote. I do not sell a monthly retainer you do not need.
Part at confirmation, the rest at delivery. The exact split is agreed in the quote before the work starts.
