The story

Fà a Mód is Modenese dialect for "the Modena way," and that phrase tells you everything about the bottega. Before writing any code I spent time absorbing the identity: the name, the food, the feeling of a place that does things traditionally and means it. That research fed directly into the design: dark, editorial serif typography, breathing room that feels unhurried.

The kind of site that could go live with almost no changes.
